Round trip from Washington D.C. (either Dulles or Regan) to Kansas City (MCI).
5 month old kitten at time of travel.
I ONLY want to know the airlines that allow pets to be stored IN the cabin under the seats... NOT in baggage.Which airlines allow pets in the cabin on US flights?just about any airline will allow them. I like to travel with my dog and have rode with her in the cabin with me on several different airlines.
Heres what you need to do, find the flight you want to take, write down all the info for it, then call the airline directly.
See airlines have different rules regarding how many pets are allowed on board in the cabin with the passengers, so you need to check to see if the spot is available before you book it.
If they have a spot open, you quickly go back and book your flight.
Here comes the fun part..now you call them back and reserve your pets spot. you wont have to pay up front for them, you pay when you get to the check in desk.
Also ask and make sure what proper paperwork you will need. Some airlines require more than others. I usually just travel with my pets vet records saying she has had all her proper shots. That is usually all they need, but some want a health certificate too, so you will just have to ask them directly and make sure they understand what you are asking.
If you have any other concerns write me, I have had to do this ALOT!Which airlines allow pets in the cabin on US flights?you have a problem, no airline flies animals under 6 months of age and some are even 9 months to a year old. so no one will let you on the plane with a 5 months old kitten and thats just plain irresponsible of you to want to put a kitten of that age into a plane as cats get very stressed when travelling. and please don't say your going to sedate it. thats not good for it and most vets (if decent) will tell you the same. im a vet nurse.Which airlines allow pets in the cabin on US flights?Frontier Airlines does allow it.Which airlines allow pets in the cabin on US flights?
