Why am I having problems running the Sims 2 Pets expansion pack?

I first installed the Sims 2 Deluxe Edition, then Glamour Life Stuff, then Free Time, and now the Sims 2 Pets, but it will not run. I uninstalled the Pets one and my Free Time ran fine without glitches, but I want to know how to install the Pets pack.Why am I having problems running the Sims 2 Pets expansion pack?You might need to install the games in order. Sims 2 Deluxe, Glamour Life, Pets, and then Free Time. Pets is an older Expansion Pack while Free Time is the newest expansion pack you have.



Also another solution would be that if you're clicking Pets shortcut then that might be the issue. I know that on the Sims2.com they have "Packages" to install for free, off the site, that fixes the glitches in the game and such. There are probably a lot of factors that could cause this, and you didn't give a lot of details (What kind of problem you're having, for instance, or the type of computer, etc.), but EA Games has really good customer service, which is free, and they've helped me figure out problems I was having before. Just go to sims2.com and click on help.
