If this bill passes, breeders will not be affected (as well as pure bread show dogs and dogs "working" for police, guide dogs, rescue dogs, etc.)

I read this bill very attentively.How does the new Bill they want to pass in CALIFORNIA?Spay and neuter all pets.How does this affect breeders?I'm not sure as I have not been following it...I'm not a breeder so it does not effect me, as I also do not live in California. I would imagine, in comparison to similar bills, that breeders would have to be certified or have special permits. Probably different from the ones they already have. Possibly a fee or a raised fee would go into effect.



It really is for the better...have you seen the inside of an animal shelter lately?
