Its so confusing. With all shots and tests prior to moving, do the pets have to still be quarantined for 120 days, or is it only 5 days? AAAAAAAOk in simple english, how does the rabies quarantine thing work when moving pets to hawaii? Here is the complete checklist, and yes, it is complex..

They have very specific requirements. Your pet must have had at least two rabies vaccinations in it's lifetime and those vaccinations must have been given at least 90 days apart. The most recent rabies vaccine has to be current based on how long the manufacturer said it was good for, either 1 or 3 year. Your pet must've had their last rabies vaccine at least 90 days BEFORE landing in Hawaii..
Your pet must be micrchipped, once it is microchipped then you can have the OIE-FAVN test done through your vet. He can draw blood and then send it to KSU for testing. KSU has to receive the sample 120 days BEFORE your pet will land in Hawaii..
This list continues from there, but that seems to be the most confusing parts of it..
