Is it legal to keep Pacific Tree Frogs as pets in Canada?

British Columbia, specifically... Since they are native to coastal BC I don't know. I was reading a US site that said it is illegal to keep them as pets, but I know even in the states it varies from place to place so does anyone know if they're legal in Canada?
