Are there any universities in the UK that allow pets?

In the US, there are a few schools that allow students to have pets whilst living in University housing. I would be studying through an exchange program, so I am just curious if there are any schools that will allow me to have a pet on campus. I am thinking about pet rats, not anything big like a dog or cat.Are there any universities in the UK that allow pets?Not on campus but in rented accomodation sometimes.



How long is your exchange? what do you intend to do with yor animals when you leave?Are there any universities in the UK that allow pets?Are you planning on bringing the pets with you to the UK from another country? If so, are you aware of the UK quarantine laws? Unless you have good reason to be excepted, you'll have to leave your pets in quarantine for 6 months when you enter the UK. Best to check this out if you intend to bring them with you.
