What place allows the highest amount of pets you can own?
Ex. (not accurate, just example) Arizona- 3 pets per household.What country/state/city/area allows you to own many pets?Where I live the Humane will fine anyone that has more then 3 animals in the house.
This is what is allowed in California.
2 cats and 1 dog
2 dogs and 1 cat
3 dogs
3 cats
This is one or the other.
