My dog is starting to get aggressive with my other pets?

I've had her for about 4 years, i already had another dog and a cat when I got her. She has always been jealous when I've pet my other dog, %26amp; has tried to move the attention to her, but recently she's started snarling and growling at my cat when he walks near her, %26amp; sometimes acts this way with my other dog, but she is usually very friendly with both of my other pets. What could have caused her recent change in behavior? %26amp; how can I stop it? After ruling out medical problems the trainer suggested that dominate order in our house needs to be reestablished and that the only dominate is me. It's hard with sally's ( the heeler) stubborn attitude but we are making progress. Because my sally is this way I prefer to use the squirt water bottle or the holding her on her back and really yelling at her methods. If they can't get along still, they go to bed( their kennels).My dog is starting to get aggressive with my other pets?Have her checked by your Vet first, to rule out a medical condition. Sudden aggression can be from pain, or a thyroid condition - Rule that out first.



Once she's been given a clean bill of health, talk to a trainer or a behaviorist.
