If they treat their wifes like property and others with jhiad, suicide bombings, etc., how do their poor pets get treated? Do they kick them silly?How do Muslims treat their pets (cats, dogs, etc.)?They are actually not allowed to keep dogs as pets. Mohammad forbade it.

I am not treated badly, nor like property.



I have a cat and two birds. My husband doesn't really have anything to do with them, although he doesn't seem to hate them or anything. The kids pet the cat and talk to the birds, and are nice to them.



The pets do not get kicked. Well, I do "push" the cat, with my foot, when he's in my way. But that's me, and not the Muslims in the house!!!

Animals are treated with respect just like anyone else is treated in Islam, Wives are meant to be respected, it just depends on the actual person and how they react to things.

I am a Muslim and I am a totally Cat-guy , we once obtained a cat -though me %26amp; my Mum have allergy to animal fur generally- , well we named him after his father (Romeo) ... Oh God we loved him so much , well ... ehm - my Mum sold him 2 years ago cause she had had enough of sneezing-coughing of his Fur for a whole year .



My cousins had 2 cats , my aunt had 4 cats %26amp; my other aunt got 1 cat -who married our cat btw- ... We never ever treated cats horribly if you think so .



Now to the wives part , I -for one- never seen any one in my family or my friend's family who treated his wife as trash or as second class species or like any of the horrible excuses YOU people made on us ... I know when I am gonna marry I am gonna treat my wife the very same way my dad did to my mum , Gently - sweet - lovely - caring - understanding , she will be my Queen . = ) Whenever I think of those up-coming days I feel how lovely our lives will be .
