IN the petstore in my town some of the pets look reallt sick, like over half there tank probably have ick, they have really nasty cages and some ot the animals are missing body parts, can they sell these? Are they really allowed to sell these pets?Report the store to your local animal control office. Selling of sick animals can only spread diseases to any other animals you have. This way the animals including the fish will get the attention it needs. Are they really allowed to sell these pets?
no wel im not sure but thats sickAre they really allowed to sell these pets?no call the policeAre they really allowed to sell these pets?
if they want they can i guessAre they really allowed to sell these pets? Why dont you ask to speak to their manager and ask him, then alert some animal control/care place?
Thats gross, maybe you should report them. If they're in that bad of shape, it can fall under animals cruelty. But if the feds see nothing wrong with the condition of the animals then legally they can keep on selling them. Are they really allowed to sell these pets?
call the local aspca or the humane society... thats messed up
please tell me where and when you saw this i am a member of the aspca foundation of animal cruelty please email at buddhabaker@mac.com please say the subject is animal rights thank youAre they really allowed to sell these pets?
Some stores are pretty bad like that. I would consider reporting them.
No.
Its animal abuse.
They have to keep a minimal standard regarding the cleanliness of the cages, and if an animal is missing a limb it obviously has a serious medical condition.
And you should also think about it this way:
That's what they are actually willing to show you. That extreme is what they show the public, and animal rights member could walk in and see the poor conditions of these animals. So what about the stuff behind the scenes? Do you think its possible they have animals in back rooms in even WORSE condition? Conditions so much worse then the horrendous conditions they show you that they consider it 'too much' for the public. If missing limbs, dirty cages, 'ickiness', etc. is what they feel appropriate for the public, consider what they DONT....
Anyhow, report them to animal rights groups (SPCA,HUMAN SOCIETY ect). Ask to speak to the person(s) in charge of the stores and alert them of your alarm, encorgae your friends/family members/peers to boycott and to all there friends/family members and peers to do the same. Do what ever it takes becuase it is NOT okay.
i dont think so. Bc if they do there might b something really wrong with them. and then u get it and let a child hold it and then they get sick. so i really dont think they should like everyone else said call the police or some kind of athority!! ----step
