I was just wondering where I could find laws regarding landlord and tenant in regard to pets, repairs, and deposits.What are the laws in arkansas for tenants concerning pets?There are no specific laws in any state regarding that because unless it's a service animal, no landlord is required to allow pets at all.
Landlords have broad discretion in regards to the pet deposit.
It's like any other liability...you have the landlord present to do the walkthrough, take pictures, get them developed with a service that dates them, keep the receipt..do the same when you move out.What are the laws in arkansas for tenants concerning pets?Good finance question!
